  Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
